How can I connect my data?

We currently offer two different methods to extract your data and feed it into the analytics. Our first and recommended method, is to use a smart connector to plug directly onto your AMS (Association Management Software) and any other business software you might have so that we can extract your data and connect it to your analytics. This is a time-efficient solution; the process only needs to be done once new data is brought over your analytics will automatically refresh to reflect the most recent changes.

Our second method, which is a more manual approach, is to use the csv template we provide to you, input the raw data into the file and then upload the file through our Mikan Insights portal. We offer this method for cases where security restrictions prevent us from plugging a smart connector directly onto a business software. The downside of this method is that each time new data comes in, the process has to be repeated to refresh your analytics.
