Subscription cancellations
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting Mikan Insights Account Manager. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period, and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.
Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of your billing cycle. After canceling, you will continue to have access to Mikan Insights until the end of your current subscription period.
Downgrading or Changing Your Plan
All downgrades, upgrades, or changes to your plan must be discussed with your account manager.
- Upgrades to existing plans made during the middle of a contract term will be co-termed to the active contract period.
- Downgrades will take effect at the start of the new contract period.
Data Retention and Access
Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible for 90 days to allow you to export any information you need. After this period, Mikan Insights reserves the right to delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy. We highly recommend downloading your data before the end of this 90-day period.
Re-activation
If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your account. Please note that if reactivation occurs after your data retention period, previously deleted data cannot be restored.
